Their simple life of prayer, work, and penance
unfolds exclusively within the intense and joyous family
atmosphere of the papal enclosure, as they “strive to
serve and help everyone in the world in a truly sisterly
and motherly way, animated by love for all men with the
tenderness of Christ himself” (Art. 96 (1),
Constitutions of the Poor Clare Federation of Mary
Immaculate in the United States of America).
Mother Mary Angela, P.C.C., abbess, and all the sisters
wish to express their gratitude to Very Rev. Gino Correa, O.F.M.,
